hey um does anyone know what the best brand or product is for highlighting hair at home that isnt that expensive? or like which type of product is most effective to use on dark blonde to light brown hair that would make it look light/medium blonde? Please help if you know!!!!

I just saw a show that said that Peroxide and water (50/50) in a spray bottle gioves the same results as high lighting.
i use garnier nutris or however you spell it!
works great!
